The new building was designed for the centre in the suburbs of the Malaga town of Benalmádena and has three floors. The design is by the architect Graciela Waen.
For the outdoor area, Gea recessed floor lights were used as they have a resistant design and are exceptionally durable. In addition, Xena recessed floor lights and Convert linear lights were also used. The building's entrance features Micenas recessed wall lights.
The Circ pendant light presides over the indoor stair area. Caprice collection, with a customized color for the project, and Luno collection, are the Decorative pieces that can also be found in passageways.
