Base store in Madrid
The popular sports firm Base has one of the newest and most innovative stores in the Plenilunio shopping centre in Madrid where, following HMY's integral project management, we provided a lighting solution that meets the brand's needs and the space's lighting requirements.
For general lighting in the central walkway and the side passages, we used Infinite Pro Opal linear pendant systems. This model offers highly consistent lighting that achieves a uniform, comfortable effect in the space. To highlight products on shelves, we used the spotlight collection Tak and our Track range to ensure high visual comfort and perfect colour reproduction, allowing a direct message to be conveyed to the customer while also offering quick access to the product.
Base Detallsport, S.A. is the leading Spanish group in the nation's sports sector. Founded in 1985, today it manages almost 300 points of sale under the brands Base and Wanna Sneakers, which are distributed throughout Spain, with some also in Andorra. Its multi-sport, multi-brand shops specialise in four main categories: running, football, fitness/training and urban fashion.
