Desigual Mataró
The lighting project for Desigual sought to convey the brand's new commitment to change. Desigual has equipped itself with a fresh image that coincides better with the new path it will be taking. To this end, the store located in Mataró Park Shopping Centre has been the pilot, based on the fashion runway concept.
Positive emotions such as optimism, freshness and creativity were the aspects this project sought to communicate. Like a runway, the store is framed by a floating “fabric” ceiling that folds in on it, making the clothing brand's pieces and accessories the stars of the show.
Different lights from the Atom collection were used in this ceiling. The downlight appearance they offer is in keeping with fashion shows, with built-in visors that act as diffusers and focus the light towards the clothes they wish to highlight.
