Los Remedios Bridge
In December 2022, LedsC4 refurbished the lighting on the Los Remedios iron bridge in Villafranca de Córdoba, Spain, with the aims of reducing energy consumption and making more efficient use of energy by installing state-of-the-art LED products, along with generating a pleasant experience for people who use this bridge on a daily basis.
For the project, we used 142 outdoor linear spotlights with RGBW LEDs controlled via DMX. Each spotlight can be controlled individually, allowing a huge range of different scenes to be created. The control system used can devise scenes that are launched automatically on specific days and times, switch lights on and off at sunrise and sunset, reduce energy consumption at night, and synchronise lighting with music if special events are held at the bridge.
Our installation technicians set up the system to make the project possible, adjusting the colours and intensities of the spotlights so the lighting projected on the bridge's red metal structure is correct and meets the client's expectations.
